Please mark you calendar; 2014 WCL Umpiring Seminar which will be held at the Great Falls Library, on March 15, 2014 from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

This seminar is mandatory for all umpires planning to umpire games in the 2014 season.  It is also mandatory for clubs to send two representatives to the seminar. These representatives may be existing certified umpires or prospective umpires.  Clubs not sending representatives will be subject to a $100 fine for each representative not attending 

The WCL assesses a $60 registration fee for all umpires planning to umpire games in the 2014 season. This fee can be paid in the form of cash or check at the seminar. All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the 2014 season.
