The league is adopting the following ICC changes for ODI playing conditions. The league will discuss this, in detail, at the annual umpiring seminar. Please be sure to attend.

1. Bowling power play eliminated
2. Batting power play must be completed by the 32nd over.
3. Only 4 fielders outside the inner circle during non-power play overs
4. Two bouncers (above the shoulder deliveries) allowed per over

Regular practice is starting from 03/13/2013 week every Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 PM - to- dark. Please adjust your schedules so you can at-least attend one practice session, my recommendations are to show up on both days to get back in shape before practice games start. This year we will be playing in Premier Division and totally different level from DIV-1 or 2 so we all need more practice and confidence on our selves and prepare better than past seasons. Please prepare your self physically and mentally for this season; we will have at-least 4-6 practice matches scheduled in the upcoming weekends before the WCL league matches starts.
